Order Tracking

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition for a full refund.
- Opened items that are not defective are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee.
- Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, in which case Trade Vib3 will cover the return shipping.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@tradevib3.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will respond within 4 business hours with return instructions.

How to Claim
Email support@tradevib3.co.za with your proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice), a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect. We will assess your claim within 2 business days.
